The Hamood and Kennedy clan all took off for the World Equestrian Games, currently being held in Lexington Kentucky, on 27 September. After a fun week spent exploring the sites in LA, with much anticipation and excitement, everyone travelled to Lexington. All were thrilled to finally be at WEG and ready for the jumping events (and an extensive investigation of the huge trade show!) After day one of the jumping all were impressed with the venue and the level of competition, saying how wonderful it is to see a world class event live. There was a full day of great jumping, including stunning performances from the sport's legends and some good rounds from the Aussies (I'm sure Paula and Olivia would love to be out there with the riders)!
